Probably 2020 will not be remembered for the worldwide possibility to travel in different countries but will be remembered by some people living this century for the possibility of rediscovering our cities and our lands.
In 2017, we had an amazing and wired experience of Via del sale, in Piedmont. Via del sale is recognized for the amazing landscape and wilderness, but unfortunately that time weather was incredibly bad. 2 days of rain and fog, was really cool but not what we expected. (read this)
This time we decided to tempting fate on August, with a bigger group of friends. We designed the track in order to have a good combination of tarmac and alpine paths mixing some part of the super famous Tourin – Nice Rally, 20K ultra trail and alta via dei monti Liguri.
The result, a 350 km route with 10K m elevation from Oulx to San Remo in 3 days running through some of our favorites mountains between Italy and France. (here the link on komoot: DAY1 DAY2 DAY3).
This time we were lucky and except for one afternoon of intense rain on Colle dell’Agnello we enjoyed some of the most amazing landscapes of alps.
